This measurement helped Macy Industries keep an accurate track of the number of wood chips the system cleaned, and also include safety stops to prevent explosions or fire risks, under the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) guidelines.Moving forward, the company intends to implement a new program, where a team of dedicated, qualified field technicians is onsite and available for customers to clarify any occurring discrepancies while conducting timely maintenance of their HVAC systems.
