Safety First: Ehs Initiative
We prioritize the safety of our employees and customers and are strengthening our environment, health, and safety (EHS) management system
We are implementing various programs and training to create a safe work environment, and through these, we are supporting our employees to work safely.
1.Establishment Of Safety Culture: To establish a strong safety culture, we provide an environment where all employees understand the importance of safety and practice it. Through regular safety education and training, employees become aware of risk factors and learn how to prevent accidents. We recognize the importance of hand safety through the participation of all employees in the Hand Safety Campaign. Through the Near-Miss Campaign, all employees participate to identify and improve accident risks.
2. Risk Management System: We have introduced a systematic risk management system to identify and evaluate risk factors that may occur in the workplace in advance. This proactive approach allows us to continuously strive to prevent accidents and maintain a safe work environment. We eliminate risk factors by installing machine guards, interlocks, and emergency stop devices on machines. The interlock system automatically stops the machine when the cover is opened.
3. Continuous Improvement: Safety is not a one-time effort; it requires continuous improvement. We regularly review EHS performance, identify areas that need improvement, and apply best safety practices. Through this, we are creating an environment where all employees can work safely. We share accident cases and near-miss accidents from other factories with employees and make improvements to prevent the same accidents from occurring.
4. Cooperation And Communication: Safety necessitates the participation and cooperation of all employees. We provide a communication channel where employees can freely express their opinions on safety, strengthening our safe work environment. All personnel (including visitors) entering our company are required to wear bump caps to protect their heads. We also provide experiential safety education in cooperation with external educational institutions. We will continue to prioritize the safety of our employees and customers and create a better future through sustainable EHS management.
