Hack’s career trajectory is marked by impactful roles across IT consulting, sales and engineering. Prior to her current position, she served as Release Train Engineer for the MB.OS End2End Software Journey, applying SAFe agile frameworks to enhance Mercedes-Benz’s software development processes. She also played a pivotal role as an executive assistant in production and engineering IT, ensuring alignment between technology initiatives and strategic business objectives.

Her foundation in IT management and consulting began at IBM, where she spent over seven years advising global enterprises across industries such as automotive, insurance and chemicals.
