Nexa3D intends to accelerate the development and commercialization of various new ground-breaking goods, polymers, and software to bring additively made products into the mainstream globally.

FREMONT, CA: Nexa3D, a pioneer in ultrafast polymer 3D printing, has launched a search for more than 50 additional team members. Nexa3D, situated in Ventura, California, was founded in 2016 with the goal of mainstreaming additive manufacturing in a sustainable way.

Despite the COVID-19 pandemic, Nexa3D has made significant technological and commercial advancements, including the launch of its flagship NXE series 3D printers, the rapid expansion of functional polymers for dental and industrial applications, and the development of smart post-processing tools that create an end-to-end validated workflow for the entire product lifecycle.

"As Nexa3D expands globally, we are looking for kindred spirits to join us for the next leg of our journey," said AviReichental, CEO and Co-founder, Nexa3D. "If you are ready to inspire and be inspired by your teammates, come join us and start the best work of your professional journey at Nexa3D — together we have a real shot to transform how products are made better."

Nexa3D completed financing rounds totaling more than 64 million dollars in July 2021, allowing the company to expand its manufacturing facilities to meet growing client demand, scale commercial activities globally, expand customer acquisition, and extend its reseller channel. The business intends to accelerate the development and commercialization of various new ground-breaking goods, polymers, and software to bring additively made products into the mainstream globally.

"Our team is building technology that is fundamentally transforming manufacturing," added Tania Corona, Head of Human Resources. "Nexa3D is a fantastic place to build an impactful career, doing work that matters in a supportive and open company culture, which feels more like a family than a workplace. If you care about the future of humanity and are passionate, enthusiastic and hungry for impact and growth, we cannot wait to meet you."

While many of the positions are centered in the company's Ventura, California headquarters, others are located elsewhere. Mechanical, process, electrical, applications, quality, manufacturing, and optical engineering are among the 50 positions available, including sales, marketing, customer success, product management, IT, and finance.

The company offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, vision, and dental coverage and competitive vacation and 401(k) retirement programs. Employees can socialize and enjoy limitless food and coffee at biweekly happy hours. Furthermore, because the staff is fully vaccinated, no masks are required (or subject to reasonable accommodation where required by law).
