Integrated into its products, these control solutions offer bi-level dimming options without the need to install new switches or sensors. These products are programmed to operate at 50 percent brightness when turned on and can be increased to 100 percent with a flip of a switch. The bi-level dimming feature has been highly beneficial for their customers, providing them with significant cost savings.

“The LED industry has matured to a point where efficacy standards have been stagnant for a while. Back in the day, when LED products were first launched, the lumens per watt (Lm/W) were approximately 95. Currently, these numbers range between 150 and 200 Lm/W. The next level of energy efficiency and savings can be achieved through intelligent controls,” says Kapuria.

In one instance, JAYKAL was approached by a customer that needed to install 100,000 lighting fixtures with multiple unique select ability options. The team developed a solution within 60 days with all required certifications that met the application requirements.

With manufacturing assembly and warehousing space in Georgetown, DE, it offers shorter lead times for projects.
