Accraply launched Sirius 100, a cost-effective pressure-sensitive labeling machine for fast-moving, highly versatile production lines

FREMONT, CA: Accraply unveils the Sirius 100, a cost-efficient pressure-sensitive labeling machine for fast-moving, highly versatile production lines, has been launched by Accraply, a worldwide pioneer in the design and manufacture of label application systems. The Sirius 100 introduces the technology-driven linear labeling of Accraply's high-speed networks into a single- and twin-head labeling solution, designed to reduce downtime with toolless adjustments.

The Sirius 100 offers correct label positioning accuracy for the front, back, and wrap applications in the personal care, household, food, and pharmaceutical industries combined with the field proven Accraply 2xx Series label applicator.

The Sirius 100 is one of three labeling technologies engineered by Accraply in 2020, joining the Sirius MK6 advanced labeling system and Trine modular labeling station. The Sirius 100 was presented at the PACK EXPO Connects virtual trade show in November by Jamie Clark, Accraplys Pressure-Sensitive Product Line Leader.

"The Sirius 100 is flexible and requires fewer change parts to run a variety of product shapes and sizes," Clark said. "Per Accraplys standards, it is built to be tough and to deliver years of reliable performance."

The Sirius 100 can be added to Accraply's next-generation smart HMI, allowing easy access to reporting performance, preventive maintenance notifications, self-diagnosing tools, video tutorials, and ordering on-board consumable pieces. Such a framework also offers guidance for maintenance activities for setup and scheduling.
