Accraply will unveil the Accraply Revolve series of seamers in booth 91 at Label Congress 2021, scheduled in Chicago on September 29 and 30.
FREMONT, CA: At Label, Congress 2021, scheduled on September 29 and 30 in Chicago, Accraply, a global pioneer in the design and manufacture of shrink sleeve converting equipment, will debut the Accraply Revolve series of seamers in booth 91. This new range of modular shrink sleeve seamers features three machine setups designed to make shrink sleeve seaming easier and more convenient.
The Accraply Revolve machines use next-generation controls and an intuitive human-machine interface (HMI) to make operations easier. Operators can use the HMI to obtain step-by-step instructions, diagnostic data, preventive maintenance notifications, onboard parts ordering, and other resources. Operator error is also eliminated due to innovative machine design features.
“One of the most exciting things about the Accraply Revolve line is how smoothly and easily the machines operate,” said Joe Leonard, Accraplys Converting Product Line Leader. “The technology and servo motors work together to create a crash-proof forming table that restricts operators from inputs that drive the machine out of spec, which limits operator dependency and dramatically reduces the risk of downtime.”
Accraply is one of the Barry-Wehmiller companies featured in BW Packaging Systems, which combines the collective packaging abilities of Accraply, BW Flexible Systems, BW Integrated Systems, Pneumatic Scale Angelus and Synerlink.
Label Congress guests will get an option of trying out the three-machine configuration, which includes the conventional Accraply Revolve, the Accraply Revolve RT2, and the Accraply Revolve Fully Continuous. All these setups have unique, flexible possibilities, making it easier for clients to choose the shrink sleeve seaming machine that is suitable for them.
“Time and again, our team members have demonstrated their commitment to listening to our customers challenges and developing innovative labeling solutions,” said Justin Stovall, Accraplys Vice President of Sales. “We are exceptionally proud of the Accraply Revolve line of machines and look forward to sharing more with the industry at Label Congress.”
