The AGI Group currently controls seven glassware manufacturing and service companies in Japan and has acquired a series of companies in Europe and the United States over the last decade to add to its more than 70 years of unrivaled expertise and experience in the field. AGI Glassplant offers both off-the-shelf and custom systems for chemical processing applications in various industries, including pharmaceuticals, fine chemicals, and academia. Its extensive knowledge of engineering glass systems can assist customers in each stage of their chemical processing journey. The firm's product portfolio includes both borosilicate and quartz glass options with unique core technologies, ranging from laboratory to pilot plant to manufacturing scale.
• Vessel optimization – Proprietary process for optimal wall thickness and vessel geometry ensures better thermal energy exchange and enhanced performance.
• Industrial evaporation – From the world's largest rotary evaporator at 200 L right down to 20 L, with continuous feed and collection options.
• Ring Baffle technology – For exceptional uniform thermal transfer, contributing to high yields and reduced energy usage.
• Scalability – Manufacture of reaction vessels from 300 mL to 400 L volumes and jacketed vessels for volumes of up to 300 L.
