RS, one of the leaders in industrial product and service solutions, reveals the expansion of its Altech Corporation disconnect switches selection with the introduction of its new LSF Series and RT Series non-fusible motor disconnect switches and accessories.
RS offers a wide range of Altech motor disconnect switches, including fusible and non-fusible variants that can be mounted on DIN rails, panels, or doors. These switches come with direct and extended rotary handles, snap-on auxiliary contacts, and accessories like fuse holders and door mounting kits. RS also provides enclosed Altech disconnect switches with UL Type 4 and 4X ratings and compact 80A switches that are among the smallest available on the market. Altechmotor disconnect switches feature silver contacts for reliable, safe operation and competitive pricing. It is suitable for general-use applications ranging from 16A to 150A and 600V and motor starting applications up to 75hp and 600V.
Altech introduces the LSF and RT Series non-fusible motor disconnect switches, designed to provide a safe and convenient way to open and close circuits. The LSF Series features an integrated DIN-rail and direct mounting base, a long door interlock shaft, and an external door interlock handle allowing operation from outside the control panel. It is rated for up to 600VAC and 60VDC, with options for different amperages and horsepower ratings, slanted steel shafts, handle color choices, and auxiliary contact configurations.
The RT Series non-fusible motor disconnect switches are load-safe and offer an integrated face for door or side panel mounting and rear-facing terminals for easy installation. Like the LSF Series, they are rated for up to 600VAC and 60VDC, with various amperage and horsepower options. The RT Series also provides choices for handle colors and auxiliary contact configurations and includes a counter nut for convenient door or panel mount installation.
The LSF and RT Series come with accessory options such as door interlock handles, door mounting handles, and auxiliary switches with screw terminals, further enhancing their functionality and versatility.
