The new Dynamic Recipes continuously and automatically update prescribed production settings, searching through the entire available production history to recognize the stages that lead to the best results. The solution can even capture the optimum machine settings for each combination of conditions encountered, consisting of raw materials and environmental conditions and different kinds of output (e.g., grades of paper).
Sight Machine has also launched a new Productivity KPI Model that permits the manufacturers to optimize production according to their preferred metrics. Such metrics can also differ widely among companies but typically consist of quality, uptime, and throughput, which collaboratively comprise Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). Productivity KPIs offer manufacturers consistent, apples-to-apples metrics so that they can track the productivity of every line and plant within the enterprise.
Dynamic Recipes optimize for any combination of targeted Productivity KPIs, like reducing cost and increasing throughput. The prescribed recommendations automatically adjust as conditions change, and recipes automatically enhance to reflect new top-performing production runs.

Sight Machine is the first company to deliver these abilities in real-world manufacturing environments because of its platform's two fundamental elements. First is the platform's distinct data modeling foundation. Sight Machine finds dozens of mismatched data types generated through factory equipment and manufacturing software. It develops a digital representation of the overall production process, including processes, production lines, downtime, and defects.
The product continually models and analyzes every production data in real-time, helping the manufacturers to monitor and enhance its present performance instead of only analyzing past performance.
