FREMONT, CA: Sur-Seal Company, a pioneer in custom sealing solutions, has taken over Spectex™, a business based in New Hampshire that specializes in customized engineering, converting, and manufacturing flexible materials. Sur-Seal and Spectex will be able to better serve their growing customer base due to the purchase.

Through the growth of manufacturing and distribution facilities, better engineering and material development skills, and the capacity to serve more industries, the acquisition help to build a strong combined firm that will benefit consumers. The united company will continue to produce high-quality gaskets, thermal pads, and silicone optics using the most advanced manufacturing techniques, such as custom extrusion, molding, die-cutting, injection molding, and many more.
