FREMONT, CA: Transtector Systems, an Infinite Electronics brand and a global provider of signal integrity and end-to-end power solutions, has released a new streak of enterprise rack-mount Integrated Power Systems (IPS). The system is merged with AC-to-DC power rectification, load control, and power distribution into a space-saving design that inhabits as little as one standard Rack Unit (RU).

These novel IPS units combine Transtector dependability and value with multipurpose functionality in a configurable design, offering consumers in cellular base stations, land mobile radio, utility, enterprise, and other dynamic applications the crucial functionality they require without sacrificing substantial rack space.

When installed as a DC power plant, the IPS uses state-of-the-art technology to correct AC power and wisely distribute to DC loads, with a progressive load controller offering both remote and local interfaces.
The 1 RU IPS features four pre-populated load circuit breakers, 45A/2.4kW power rating, and two rectifiers’ capacity. Relatively, the 2 RU IPS features five pre-populated load circuit breakers, 180A/8.7kW power rating, and capacity for up to three rectifiers.
