Trillium Flow Technologies Announces its global STAR Service Center Network

Sarasin Technical Assembler and Repair (STAR) Service Centers with Trillium Flow Technologies will offer OEM aftermarket support for industrial plants.

FREMONT, CA: Trillium Flow Technologies announced the expansion of the global STAR Service Center network serving Sarasin customers with 16 locations across the United States and Mexico, with additional locations shortly joining the network.

Sarasin Technical Assembler and Repair (STAR) Service Centers with Trillium Flow Technologies will offer OEM aftermarket support for industrial plants. Strategically located, STAR Service Centers provide continuous assistance to our consumers at the local level by delivering quick and high-quality valve repair and replacement service across STAR Service Centers' network.

The creation of this network was strategic and centered on enabling Trillium to extend its capacity to assist Sarasin's consumers by delivering essential goods and services better to address the needs of today's ever-changing world. Training and assistance shall be given to each STAR Service Center when they join our network. Currently, Trillium has formed relationships with TEAM, Caliber Valve & Controls, and East Coast Valve Services in the US and Vasesa, Mexico. As this initiative begins to be extended, new STAR Support Centers will be added during 2021 and beyond.

STAR Service Center personnel will be highly trained and certified to provide maintenance and service for Trillium Flow Technologies' Sarasin pressure relief valve products. Each STAR Service Center has been certified by the National Board of Boiler and Pressure Vessel Inspectors to conduct PRV testing and repair under ASME codes. In addition, the STAR Service Centers will be tested and certified by Trillium Flow Technologies for assembly and maintenance of the Sarasin-RSBD PRV line, which has over 170 years of PRV expertise on the market. Scheduled evaluations are performed regularly to ensure the best-in-class operation and efficiency for our consumers and check that each center meets our highest expectations for newly assembled and restored PRVs. Training is also conducted daily for sales staff and technicians at each STAR service center to ensure that our consumers receive PRV range and troubleshooting skills.
