On Hing Metal’s expertise in die casting includes two unique techniques that reduce the overall process duration. The first is complex multi-slide and screw threaded die casting, a fast process, producing thin-walled parts with complex geometrical shapes. Second, areas, where the tooling will have wear and tear, are predicted, removable tooling inserts are created in these areas to save time on future repair and maintenance.
