Continuing its quest to redefine what is possible, T-Global Technology recently launched the TG-AD series, ultra-soft thermal pads with conductivities of 6.6 to 7.6 W/mK. Unlike typical soft pads that may trade off some thermal conductivity for enhanced softness and compressibility, T-Global has engineered these pads to provide superior thermal transfer while maintaining high softness. T-Global Technology is set to transform the market again with its TG-N4000, nonsilicone-based thermal putty specially formulated for silicone-sensitive applications. For instance, a major automotive original equipment manufacturer (OEM) faced challenges finding thermal putty that met their R&D, quality assurance (QA) and very demanding technical specifications. T-Global Technology collaborated closely with the client to develop bespoke putty, becoming their sole supplier since 2021.
