Federico Crespo, CEOValiot addresses this challenge with its integrated AI systems that excel at helping customers make predictions to optimize their factories and their entire value chain operations, enabling actions that actually make their operations smarter. Its solutions allow manufacturers to anticipate and identify production bottlenecks in the manufacturing process and mitigate pain points even before they occur, solving, among other things, painful unnecessary downtimes.
“We use AI to understand how our customer’s shop floor works and create actions to drastically improve their production capacity, throughput, and OEE while helping them lower cost,” says Federico Crespo, CEO of Valiot.
Valiot’s products, FactoryOS and ValueChainOS, gather data across the shop floor and the value chain to provide actionable feedback to the managers and operators, which improves their production capacity and throughput.
FactoryOS interacts with every process and/ or device on a shop floor and unifies the UI across the platform. Powerful AI is established from the data gathered through PLCs of existing machines or newly implemented IoT sensors on old-generation hardware, which is programmed to maximize productivity and avoid redundant or wasteful activities by highlighting pain points. For example, if a furnace is slightly off temperature or one process is running slightly faster than expected, FactoryOS will highlight the problem and create actions to mitigate it.
ValueChainOS operates on a much larger scale, overseeing the processes of one or multiple factories to optimize the entire value chain. Everything is connected to the same data lake, allowing key processes, like the ever-changing demand forecast and inventory management, to be in the same space. AI algorithms then run thousands of scenarios to provide the most optimal production sequencing. This makes it a relatively simple and easy process to manage large-scale operations from a single hub.
Valiot products are helpful for any type of manufacturing company to enhance their operations and have been vastly validated and used in different verticals, such as automotive, food & beverage, steel and chemical industries. Valiot is used by two of the biggest bottling companies in the world, helping them to drastically increase their production capabilities and avoid the need to purchase additional canning/bottling lines which could have taken at least two years to implement.![]()

One of these bottlers is Heineken. By using Valiot´s AI, they optimized their Value chain operations and production sequence, significantly reducing their process Cycle Time and consequently increasing the brewery’s overall throughput.
Valiot attributes all its successes to its solutions and its team. Leveraging extensive experience in the manufacturing industry, Software, Data Science, and UI/UX design, it combines this deep understanding of the production world with the intelligent use of AI to provide new, innovative, and relevant solutions for the industry, a feature that Valiot considers one of its defining traits.
It is an invaluable asset for manufacturers with its team’s expertise and unique approach to AI, one that can elevate their business to a smart, connected, and autonomous operation.
